Happy Tuesday y’all! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! We definitely did! We spent pretty much all of Christmas Eve at church because I was singing with our worship team, and my dance class performed for all the services. They did the cutest routine to “Little Drummer Boy,” and they were amazing! So proud! This look is actually the look I wore to sing in. It’s a great Christmas look, but it’s also a perfect look for any upcoming New Year’s parties! I don’t know about you, but sometimes I don’t really want to show a lot of skin, and I feel like many of the dress options out there are super teeny-tiny, bare-it-all kinds of options. I am one that believes that a woman doesn’t have to show it all to look sexy. This is a perfect example of how you can look glam for your upcoming holiday party and not feel naked.
I also love this skirt in particular because I am a girl that LOVES to dance, and this skirt gives me the freedom to spin and twirl until I can no longer spin and twirl! Plus… the waist is elastic, so all that yummy food that’s been consumed over this holiday season is no issue for this bad boy! I figured I could just dance off all the calories, right?!?!
Lastly, in addition to dressing this skirt up, I also styled it in a completely different way that I will be posting in a few days. It’s my take on a sporty way to wear it. Those that know me know that when I buy pieces, I like to think of multiple ways to wear them in order to really get my milage out of them. I tell my husband that’s the practical way to shop! 😉
Anyway, I hope you feel inspired, and be looking for part 2 of how to style this fun metallic cutie!
