Hello everyone! It’s Thursday, which means this weekend is peeking its head around the corner! Weekends in December also mean holiday parties! So, with that thought in mind, this post is all about what to wear to the various gatherings that take place during this festive time. From a casual family gathering to a glitzy company party, I’ve got options for you! I have also included some styling tips on how I would wear each look! Casual Gathering
Look 1:
Plaid Shirt + High-waisted Denim + Riding Boots + Statement Earrings + Belt
Styling tip (or at least how I would rock this look): The jeans are high-waisted, so tuck in the front of the shirt, leaving the back untucked. If high-waisted isn’t your thing, a mid-rise jean is always a good option. Messy roll the sleeves to about the elbow. They don’t have to look perfect…that’s the point. Pop your collar up in the back, leaving the front of the collar down a little. This gives more east coast prep drama to match the fun statement earrings!

Look 2:
Over-sized Cardigan + Tee + Relaxed Denim + Sneakers
Styling tip (or at least how I would wear it): Tuck in the front of the tee to give it a cool, casual vibe.
Festive Dinner Out With Friends

Styling tip: You don’t need anything extra! Just throw it all on!

Styling tip (or at least how I would wear it): Tuck the shirt into the jeans, and don’t blouse it out too much. You want to look sleek and streamlined. A good hair option would be to wear it back somehow in order to show off the killer earrings!

Styling tip (or at least how I would wear it): I love the matchy-matchy look of the suit, and the jacquard print makes it ideal for a holiday party! Tuck the tank in all the way and blouse it out just a little. To show off the earrings (love the pop of pink), wear your hair pulled back. A sleek ponytail would be perfect
