This Tabata workout will definitely kick your butt! If you have never done a Tabata workout and are unsure of what it is, it’s a workout involving a Tabata timer and multiple styles of exercises. The excersices can vary depending on what you want to do. You can also find Tabata timers through your app store. I just downloaded one to my phone, so that I have it with me for the gym.
